校正曲线绘制方式对菜粕中硫代葡萄糖甙测定结果的影响

【摘要】 用氯化钯法测定了双液相溶剂萃取菜粕中的硫代葡萄糖甙(简称硫甙)的含量。为了提高硫甙测定的准确性,在波长450nm和540nm下,比较了根据多个标准菜粕样品测定值或根据单个标准菜粕样品测定值绘制的校正曲线对硫甙测定结果的差别。结果表明,采用540nm波长和根据多标准菜粕样品测定值绘制的校正曲线偏差较小,平均绝对偏差2.08 μmol/g,平均相对误差3.66%。氯化钯法可用于双液相溶剂萃取菜粕中硫甙测定之用。

【Abstract】 The content of glucosinolates in rapeseed meal extracted by two liquid-phase solvents was determined by palladium chloride method. To improve the accuracy of the method, the differences between the two calibrated curves drawn by two different ways were investigated under the wavelength of 450 nm and 540 nm. One was based on multiple standard rapeseed meal samples in which glucosinolates had been determined by HPLC and another only on one standard rapeseed meal sample. Eiror analysis showed that the calibrated curve based on multiple samples and the wavelength of 540 nm would bring a small error with an average absolute deviation of 2.08umol/g and an average relative error 3.66% . Palladium chloride method was suitable for the determination of rapeseed meal extracted by two liquid- phase solvents.
