市州级土地开发整理规划说明书编制技术探讨

【摘要】 本文对市州级土地开发整理规划编制过程中,规划说明书的内容、编制方法及主要技术问题进行了较深入系统的探讨。
【Abstract】 This paper relatively deeply discusses the contents,editing methods and main technical prob-lems of planning manual of the development and arrangement of the municipality and state land.
