【摘要】 为探索村级小学和薄弱学校教师在岗培训的有效措施,调查了这类学校的233名参加过在岗培训的教师,就总体而言,他们对参加在岗培训是有积极性的,且接受了一定形式、不同程度的在岗培训,在岗培训取得了一定的成效。要使在岗培训向更大范围、更高层次发展,应采取有效措施,切实减轻教师的工作负担,落实培训经费,构建有效的培训体系,以保证在岗培训起到不断提高教师素质的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 233 teachers who had taken part in incumbency training were investigated to explore the valid measure of teachers’ incumbency training in village class grade schools and weak schools. Generally speaking, they have positive attitude towards taking part in incumbency training, have received some form and some degree of incumbency training and have gained some real results. To make incumbency training attained wider scope and higher level development, valid measure should be adopted, the teachers’ work supports should be alleviated, the training budget should be used practically and training system should be established availably in order that the incumbency training has greater and greater part in improving teachers’ quality.更多还原
