DF4D型机车轴箱拉杆故障原因分析及对策
Analysis and countermeasures of the axle box link failure of DF4D diesel locomotive
【摘要】 DF4D型机车轴箱拉杆橡胶件破损造成拉杆失效是其惯性质量问题之一 ,通过对故障原因进行分析 ,进而采取规范橡胶垫尺寸、改进组装工艺等措施进行防治 ,取得明显效果 ,使轴箱拉杆故障得到了控制
【Abstract】 The axle box link failure is a common failure.To solve the problem,some effective measures are taken such as normalizing the dimension of rubber washeres and improving assembly technique.
