【Abstract】 Based onfour basic elements of the educationalrights,the authors think that test-oriented education is not all-around negative to the education right. It strengthens some basic elements excessively and weakens some others as to twisting the educational right. So we believe that test-oriented education distorts the lawful rights of the education and it has never taken into consideration the reasonable distribution of an education’s lawful rights and his obligations, so the education suffers from the imbalance of the two.更多还原
