E-test检测念珠菌对5种抗真菌药物敏感性试验
Susceptibility of Isolates of Candida to Five Antifungal Agents by E-test
【摘要】 目的 :评价E -test检测念珠菌和酵母菌对 5种抗真菌药物敏感性的临床应用价值。方法 :以白念珠菌ATCC90 0 2 8为标准质控菌株 ,用E -test方法与NCCLSM2 7-A方法同时检测 1 37株临床分离酵母菌对 5 -氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑、两性霉素B、伊曲康唑、酮康唑 5种药物敏感性 ,观察两者所测得结果符合率。结果 :5 -氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B敏感性较高 ,MIC和MIC50 值小 ,与M2 7-A方法测得结果的总符合率均为 94 2 % ;氟康唑、伊曲康唑和酮康唑的MIC和MIC50 值相对增大 ,出现一定耐药性 ,总符合率分别为 83 0 %、74 5 %和 79 6 %。结论 :E -test法检测念珠菌对 5种抗真菌药物敏感性与NCCLSM2 7-A参考方法符合率较高 ,操作简单 ,结果可靠。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate antifungal susceptibility by E-test in Candida Spp. Methods:The QC isolate of Candida Albicans (ATCC90028) was tested as control. Susceptibilities to 5-Fluorocytosine Amphotericin B Fluconazole Ketoconazole Itraconazole of 137 isolates was assessed by E-test and the NCCLS standard method (M-27A), respectively. Results:The MICs and MIC 50 of 5-Fluorocytosine Amphotericin B were less than azoles drugs, and the reproducibility of E-test was good. Conclusion:This study indicated that the antifungal susceptibility by E-test can be conveniently performed in clinical laboratory.
