【摘要】 目的 :研究不同剂量紫草醇提取物对正常鼠尾样角化异常病理模型的作用。方法 :以不同剂量醇提取物给模型鼠灌胃 ,光镜下计数每 1 0 0个鼠尾鳞片的颗粒层形成数。结果 :不同剂量紫草醇提取物均有明显作用 (P <0 0 1 ) ,剂量与作用呈直线正相关 (r=1 30 3)。结论 :不同剂量紫草醇提取物对恢复鼠尾角化异常均有明显作用 ,量效呈正相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of alcohol extracts from Zicao on psoriatic parakeratosis. Methods:The model mice were orally administrated with different doses of alcohol extracts;the stratum granulosum laminas of 100 scales on mice tails were examined by LM.Results:The different doses were showed obvious effect (P<0.01),and have a linear correlation (r=1.303). Conclusion:Different doses of alcohol extracts from Zicao markedly normalized the parakemtosis of mice tails squamous epidermis, and have a positive dose-effect correlation.更多还原
