【摘要】 目的:比较特比萘芬与伊曲康唑治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:134例患者分为两组,治疗组作真菌镜检及培养,A组口服特比萘芬0.25g,1次/d,连服7d,B组口服伊曲康唑0.2g,1次/d,连服7d;停药时、停药2周后复诊、作真菌镜检,判定疗效。结果:A组停药时及2周后有效率分别为79.4％,85.3％;B组停经时及2周后有效率分别为81.8％,83.3％,两组比较有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:特比萘芬与伊曲康唑均对念珠菌性阴道炎有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the treatment efficacy of terbinafine and itraconazole in treatment of Candidal vaginitis. Methods: 134 cases were divided into two groups, fungal culture and microscopic examination were done before the treatment. The group A was given terbinafine 0.25 per day for seven days, the group B was given itraconazole 0.20 per day for seven days. Follow - up was done after 1 and 2 weeks respectively. Fungal microscopic examination was used to evaluate the treatment efficacy. Results:The effective rate of group A was 79.4% and 85.3% , group B was 81.8% and 83.3% respectively . Compare the two groups, the effective rate showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05) . Conclusion: The terbinafine was better in clinical efficacy in treatment of Candidal vaginitis更多还原
