【摘要】 目的:报告9例抗惊厥药超敏反应综合征的病例并回顾有关文献。方法:分析我科1996年～2002年间住院9例抗惊厥药超敏反应综合征患者临床特点和治疗,简要综述有关文献。结果:其中1例表现为麻疹样型,5例重症多形红斑(SJS),5例中毒性表皮坏死松解症(TEN),其中2例由SJS演变而来,所有病例均治愈。结论:本综合征可能与抗惊厥药的代谢产物氧化芳香烃有关。系统性皮质类固醇的治疗是必需的,并联合静脉营养、静脉补液、减轻疼痛和眼睛护理,静脉丙种球蛋白冲击治疗在部分病例有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the clinical features, treatment and pathogenosis of anticonvul-sant hypersensitivity syndrome and litercture reviewed. Methods: Nine cases with anticonvulsant hyper-sensitivity syndrome that were hospitalized form 1996 to 2002 were analyzed. Results: Among them 1 case was morbilliform, SJS were 5 and TEN were 5 (2cases were evolved from SJS) , all cases were cured. Conclusion: This syndrome may be related to arene oxide metabolies of anticonvulsants. Pharmacological treatment was essentially based on systemic corticosteroids in association with intravenous nutrition -, intravenous fluid augmentation % pain relief and ocular care, intravenous immunoglobulins plaied the rapeutic role in some cases.更多还原
