【摘要】 目的 :为选择治疗小儿念珠菌皮炎适当而有效的药物和剂型 ,并了解其疗效。方法 :用酮康唑片 2g加入锌氧油或炉甘石洗剂中 ,配成 2 %酮康唑油剂或洗剂。外涂患处 ,每日 3次 ,治疗 1周观察。结果 :1周治疗后 ,治愈 98例 ( 89 0 9% ) ,显效 9例 ( 8 1 8% ) ,好转 3例 ( 2 72 % ) ,总有效率为97 2 7%。结论 :外涂 2 %酮康唑油剂、洗剂治疗小儿念珠菌皮炎无刺激性是目前安全有效理想的外用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To select the better regimen in treatment of children cutaneous candiasis. Methods:2 g ketoconazole was added to ZinO oil or calamine lotion. The patients were prescribled to use this on skin lesions, three times a day for a week. Results:The cure rate was 89.09%, the marked effective rat e and overall effect rate were 8.18% and 97.27% respectively. No side effect was observed. Conclusion:The topical application of this kind of medic ation is safe, effecient and ideal regimen in treatment of children cutaneous candidiasis.更多还原
