锂辉石与氧化锆对堇青石陶瓷热膨胀率的影响
Effects of β-spodumene and ZrO2 on thermal expansion rate of cordierite ceramics
【摘要】 以粘土、滑石、氧化铝等为原料 ,压制成型后于 1 3 70~ 1 40 0℃烧成 ,合成了堇青石陶瓷。研究了外加 5 %~ 1 0 %的β 锂辉石或氧化锆对堇青石陶瓷热膨胀率的影响。结果表明 ,这两种添加剂均能降低堇青石陶瓷的热膨胀率。XRD分析表明 ,添加锂辉石或氧化锆的堇青石试样中分别形成了莫来石和锆英石晶体
【Abstract】 Cordierite ceramics were prepared using clay,talc and alumina powders as main starting materials and firing green bodies at 1370 ℃~1400 ℃.β-spodumene or ZrO 2 of 5%~10% was added into green bodies to decrease the thermal expansion rate of the ceramics.The dilatometric experiments show that both of them can effectively decrease thermal expansion of the ceramics.XRD results show that mullite and ZrSiO 4 crystals form respectively in specimens.
