【摘要】 目的 :为寻找治疗肺纤维化有满意疗效的中药复方制剂。方法 :将 36只SD大鼠随机分成正常组、假手术组、模型组和小中大剂量组 ,每组 6只。从造模第 2天开始给予温润养血颗粒治疗。治疗 2 8天后处死 ,取左上肺以 10 %中性福尔马林固定 ,给予HE、VG、MASSON染色 ,进行病理检查。结果 :光镜检查治疗组肺泡炎和肺纤维化程度较模型组为轻。结论 :温润养血颗粒可以有效抑制由急性肺损伤引起的肺纤维化 ,小剂量给药效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To seek a satisfactory result compounded Chinese medication to treat pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:Randomize 36 SD rats to 6 groups:normal,control,model,low doses,middle doses,high doses,6 rats each.From the second day after making model give Wenrunyangxue pellet.Perform the pathological study after the 28th day.Results:Microscope study shows that alveolar inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis′ degree of the treatment groups are lighter than the model group.Conclusion:Wenrunyangxue pellet can inhibit the pulmonary fibrosis caused by acute pulmonary injure,the result of the low group is the best.更多还原
