【摘要】 目的 :通过观察丹参注射液对兔膝关节炎软骨的影响 ,探讨骨关节炎的发病机理及丹参注射液局部用药的可行性。方法 :通过兔膝关节腔内注入木瓜蛋白酶造成骨关节的病理模型 ,并用丹参注射液兔膝关节内注射 ,用药 6周后取材 ,切取股骨内髁做光镜及电镜观察 ,按Mankin法进行骨关节炎严重程度评分。结果 :发现丹参组兔膝软骨细跑破坏程度明显低于造模组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :丹参注射液关节内注射能有效地防治实验性骨关节炎 ,其方法简单 ,见效快 ,无副作用 ,在临床易于应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :Through observing the rabbit knee joint cartilage with denmark injection,research on Bone Arthristis disease mechanism and feasibility of denmark injection made in part. Results: Making disease modle by injecting pawpaw protain eneyne into the Rabbit knee joint,and injecting the denmark in the rabbit knee joint.Taking the sample after 6 weeks,and observing by light and electrical mirro after cutting its thighbone,on the base of Marbin grade of arthrosis sererioy.Discovering the cell damage of Rabbit knee cartilage is obviously better than model group( P <0 01). Conclusion: Denmark injection in joint can effectively prevent and treat bone arthristis.The method is simple,quick,no-side effect.It is applicable in clinic.更多还原
