【摘要】 目的 :探讨创面灵治疗感染创面的临床疗效。方法 :将 95例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 0例湿敷创面灵 ,对照组 4 5例湿敷雷佛奴尔 ,疗程 2周。结果 :治疗组痊愈率 80 0 %、总有效率 98 0 % ,明显优于对照组(4 4 5 %、80 0 % ) ,P <0 0 1。结论 :创面灵治疗感染创面的疗效明显优于雷佛奴尔更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To investigate curative effect on treating infective wounds with Chuang Mian Ling fluid. Methods :ninety-five patients were divided into groups vandomly.The treatment group (50 cases) was treated with external application of Chuang Mian Ling fluid,the control group (45 cases) was treated with external application of reivanol.Each of treatment course was two weeks. Results :The cured rate and total effective rate of the treated group (80 0%、98 0%) are significantly higher than those of the control group (44 5%,80 0%).Both results P <0 01. Conclusion :The curative effect of Chuang Mian Ling fluid is significantly excellent than that of reivanol on treating infective wounds.更多还原
