【摘要】 目的 :评价中药扶正联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗价值。方法 :晚期非小细胞肺癌 6 8例随机分为治疗组 38例和对照组 30例。对照组单用MVP方案 ,治疗组在此基础上加用中药扶正 ,疗程 4～ 8周。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 5 2 6 % ,对照组 30 % ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。提示中药扶正联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the therapeutic effects of Fuzheng Decoction and MVP chemotherapy in the treatment of the nonparvicellular lung cancer. Methods :30 cases were treated by MVP chemotherapy medicines(control group) and another 38 cases were treated by the Fuzheng Decoction besides MVP chemotherapy(treatment group),with a course of 4 weeks. Results :The total effective rate was 52 6% in treatment group and 30% in control group.There is a marked difference between two groups( P <0 05). Conclusion :The effects of Fuzheng Decoction and MVP chemotherapy combined are better.更多还原
