【摘要】 观察中医辨证结合西药治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。将 16例糖尿病足住院患者进行中医辨证论治 ,并采用西药控制血糖及抗感染 ,配合局部清创及药物外敷。结果 :总有效率 87 5 0 %。结论 :以辨证为主的综合疗法能提高糖尿病足的治愈率 ,并明显降低截肢率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the clinical effect of diabetic foot treated through TCM symptom and sign differentiation combined with western medicine. Methods :16 patients with diabetic foot were treated based on TCM symptom and sign differentiation,and combination of Chinese herbs and western medicine were used to control blood sugar and infection,routine dressing exchanges were done on wound surface with debridement. Results :In the treatment group,the total efficiency rate was 87 50%. Conclusion :The integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve healing rate of diabetic foot while reducing evidently the amputation rate.更多还原
