TGF-β1和CEA在大肠癌组织中的表达及其意义

【摘要】 目的 检测癌胚抗原 (CEA)和转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在大肠癌组织中的表达 ,结合临床病理资料探讨其相关意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测大肠癌、大肠腺瘤、癌近旁粘膜及正常粘膜中CEA、TGF - β1表达情况。结果 CEA、TGF β1在大肠癌中的阳性表达率分别为 74 19%和 6 9 35 %,明显高于两者在大肠腺瘤、正常粘膜中的表达 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,同时癌近旁粘膜中两者的表达高于正常粘膜 (P <0 0 5 ) ;CEA和TGF β1在大肠癌各组间表达无统计学差异 ;DukesA +B期中两者的表达低于DukesC +D期 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两者在大肠癌中的表达有相关性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 大肠癌能同时分泌CEA、TGF β1,两者的过度表达与大肠癌发生、发展、Dukes分期、癌组织浸润、转移范围有关 ;CEA、TGF - β1在大肠癌各组间表达无明显差异 ;少部分大肠癌近旁粘膜已偏离正常细胞生长状态 ,具有肿瘤细胞生长代谢的某些特征。

【Abstract】 Objective To study carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β 1) expression in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect CEA and TGF-β 1 expression in carcinoma, adenoma, paracarcinoma mucosa and normal mucosa.Results The expressions of CEA and TGF-β 1 in carcinoma are higher than that in adenoma and normal mucosa. The differences between paracarcinoma mucosa and normal mucosa for CEA and TGF-β 1 staining are significant (P<0.05).The expressions rate of CEA and TGF-β 1 among each group of colorectal neoplasm are no significance. The differences between Dukes classification stage C + stage D and stage A + stage B for CEA and TGF-β 1 staining are significant (P<0.05). There is a relationship between the expression of CEA and TGF-β 1. Conclusion Colorectal carcinoma can autocrine CEA and TGF-β 1 at the same time and the over-expression of both are correlated with Dukes stage, the range of cancer tissues invasiveness and metastasis. CEA and TGF-β 1 expression levels are not associated with the degree of adenocarcinoma differentiation. A part of paracarcinoma mucosa cells have diverged the normal growth state and they have some metabolism characters of tumor cells, which should be noted.
