【摘要】 目的比较胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔各种治疗方法的近期疗效。方法对1996年1月至2002年12月期间,所收治的200例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在肛门排气时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率方面,非手术组与手术组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),穿孔修补术组与根治性手术组相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论只要严格掌握适应症,胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔非手术治疗是合理和安全的,如确需手术,首选穿孔修补术;在有条件的医院,腹腔镜修补术应该是目前比较理想的治疗溃疡病穿孔的术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compared the recent period effects of various therapeatic methods on the perforated gastroduoclenal ulcer.Methods From Jan.1996 to Dec.2002,200 patients with perforated gastroduodenal ulcer were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was signifisant difference in the passing flatus time,hospitalization time,medical cost and postoperative complication rate between the non operation group and the operation group,and between the repair group and the radical group.Conclusion As long as the indications were controlled strictly,non operative treatment is safe and reasonable for perforated gastroduodenal ulcer.If the operation is neccesary,the repair of perforation is the treatment of choice.In the conditioned hospital,Laparoscopic repair is an ideal methods at present for treating the perforated gastro duodenal ulcer.更多还原
