动胶菌HP3对芳香化合物的降解及取代基效应分析
Effects on Biodegradation of Aromatic Compounds by Zoogloea itzigohn HP3 and Analysis of Substitute Groups
【摘要】 动胶菌HP3是从溴胺酸污染的土壤中分离到的一株高效降解溴胺酸的菌株.实验结果表明,它除了能降解溴胺酸外,还能降解1,4 二羟基蒽醌 2 磺酸钠、1 氨基蒽醌 2 磺酸钠、9,10 蒽醌、1,4,5,8 四羟基蒽醌等蒽醌系化合物,也能降解苯胺、苯酚、邻苯二酚、邻苯二甲酸等苯系化合物,但不能降解苯磺酸钠、对氨基苯磺酸钠,更不能对溴胺酸的降解产物2 氨基 3 羟基 5 溴苯磺酸钠和2,3 二羟基 5 溴苯磺酸钠做进一步降解.苯胺在所试的苯系化合物中是该菌株细胞酶系的天然底物.探讨了取代基影响蒽醌环和苯环降解的电子效应和空间效应.
【Abstract】 Zoogloea itzigohn HP3 was extracted from the soil contaminated,which can degrade effectively not only 1amino4bromoanthraquinone2sulfonate but also 1,4dihydroxyanthraquinone2sulfonate, 1aminoanthraquinone2sulfonate, 9,10dihydroxyanthraquinone and 1,4,5,8tetrahydroxyanthraquinone. Moreover, aniline, phenol, odihydroxybenzene and ophthalic acid can be also degraded by HP3, whereas 2amino3hydroxyl5bromobenzenesulfonate and 2,3dihydroxybenzenesulfonate which were products of ABAS degraded by Zoogloea itzigohn HP3, benzenesulfonate and paminobenzenesulfonate can not be further degraded by HP3. Aniline was the most effectively degraded compound among the experimental benzene compounds. Electronic effects and space effects resulting from effects of substitute groups were discussed in this paper.
