【Abstract】 Together with Marxism and Leninism, Mao Zedong thoughts and Deng Xiaoping’s theories, the essential "threerepresentative" concept was postulated as a longterm persistent and guiding thought for the Party and written into the Party’s Constitution as well in the Sixteenth Congress of CPC, which not only reflects a theoretical quality and working style advancing with time in the guiding thoughts of our Party, but also reflects that the "threerepresentative" concept is the right guidance to all our work now.
