【Abstract】 Currently there have appeared serious economic regionalism, trade monoplies, high taxation in the field of distribution. The solutions to these problems are as follows: Strengthen legislature and law enforcemenmt; maintain a fair and free market; transform the traditional ideas of the governments on all levels to adopt overall points of view; employ policies to remove obstacles in the market, to simplify the prodcedurees of consumer credit in order to promote consumption. 更多还原
