Ag-TiO2复合膜的制备与催化性能研究

【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯为原料 ,载玻片为载体 ,用溶胶 -凝胶法制备Ag -TiO2 复合膜。利用复合膜在太阳光下对罗丹明B(RB)进行光催化脱色实验 ,结果表明 :最佳掺银量为 0 .5 % ,涂膜三层的复合膜活性最高 ,通过溶胶掺银所制备的膜催化活性较高 ,焙烧温度为 5 0 0℃ ;经 5h光照 ,对 1 0 0mL浓度为 1mg·L-1 、2 .5mg/LRB脱色率分别为 76 .6 7%、4 7.2 7% ;利用太阳光降解有机污染物切实可行

【Abstract】 The preparation of Ag-TiO 2 composite film attached to the glass surface was studied by sol-gel technique using tetrabutyl titanate as material. The photocatalytic decolouration of Rhodamine B with the film under sunlight was investigated. The results showed that photocatalyst which coated three times was better than others, the optimum value of Ag doped was 0.5 %; the photoactivity of the Ag-TiO 2 composite film which was prepared by sol-gel technique was good ,the calcining temperature was 500℃; After five hours illuminating, Decolouration rates of two solutions whose concerntrations were 1 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L were 76.67 %, 47.27 % respectly in 100 mL; Utilizing the sunlight to degrade organic pollutants was workable.
