热爆法制备TiAl金属间化合物
Ti Al Produced by Thermal Explosion
【摘要】 介绍了高温装炉的实验方法,阐述了不同配比下热爆反应曲线的特点,分析了热爆反应的机理以及高温装炉对热爆反应的影响。结果表明采用高温装炉的方法,有利于热爆反应的进行,反应产物的显微组织由针状或细棒状α2(Ti3Al)和γ(TiAl)两相组成。
【Abstract】 The way of kilning in the high temperature was introduced. The different curves of thermal explosion was illustrated. Mechanism of thermal explosion was explained. The effect of kilning in the high temprature was analysed. The results expatiate that kilning things in the high temperature is of benefit to thermal explosion. The microstructure of thermal explosion product is that of the needle or tenuous bar α2(Ti3Al) and γ(TiAl).
