多孔硅形成机理研究的新进展

【摘要】 更深入地分析了多孔硅形成的几种模型 ,对影响多孔硅形成的几个关键因素提出了新观点 ,描述了多孔硅的形成过程的一些特性 ,指出了多孔硅的应用与发展的前景

【Abstract】 The paper analyses three models about formation of porous silicon, including some new opinions about a few factors influencing the formation of porous silicon, explaining some properties of porous silicon in the formation process and presenting the expectation of its future application and development.
