化学沉淀法处理电镀废水循环利用实践
【摘要】 论述了在航空仪表电镀中 ,应用化学沉淀法处理综合电镀废水的工艺原理、监测数据分析及循环利用实践。经过预处理和化学沉淀工艺后 ,Cd2 + 、CN- 、Cr6 + 、Cu2 + 、Zn2 + 、Ni2 + 等污染物去除率达到 97%~ 99 9% ,出水水质达到辽宁省《DB2 1~ 60~ 89》新、扩、改二级标准 ,并使 5 0 %净化水回用于电镀车间
【Abstract】 This article described the technological principle of treating combining galvanized drain water with chemical settling method, analysis of monitoring data and practice of recycle utilization in galvanization on aviation instrument.Removal rate from pollutant of Cd2+?CN-?Cr6+?Cu2+?Zn2+and Ni2+,etc. can be up to 97%~99.9% after pretreatment and chemicai setting process.Water quality of water-out has reached Class2 standard of new building,enlargement and reformation of Liaoning DB21-60-89.Purified water 50% can be also recycled in the galvanizing shop.
