【摘要】 目的探讨老年人外周血 T 淋巴细胞 Ag-NORs 活性表达特点与衰老的关系。方法应用 KL 型免疫图像分析系统及其配套试剂和方法,分析老年人外周血T 淋巴细胞 Ag-NORs 的表达,并对照比较,以 T 淋巴细胞核仁/细胞核(I/S)银染面积之比表示。结果老年组 Ag-NORs 活性为 I/S(7.36±0.77%),非常显著低于对照组(7.74±0.65)%(P<0.01)。在 Ag-NORs 高活性表达中,老年组明显低于对照组,分别为18%与45%(P<0.01);而 Ag-NORs 低活性表达中,老年组为10.3%,对照组无1例低活性(P<0.05)。结论老年人 T 淋巴细胞 Ag-NORs 活性明显降低,细胞免疫水平低下,是衰老发生、发展的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the activity of expression of nuclear organizer regions associated proteins of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of old people. Argyrophilic nucleolar organizer proteins(Ag-NORs)are such proteins stained by silver nitrate. Methods The activity of expression of Ag-NORs of T Lymphocytes in peripheral blood of old people was determined by a KL image system and its reagents,the results were compared with the results of a control group of healthy adults.The activity was expressed by the area ratio of nucleoli and nuclei(I/S)of T lymphocytes.Results The activity of Ag-NORs of the aged group was I/ S 7.36±0.77percent,it was significantly lower than that of the control group(I/S 7.74±0.6- 5percent)(P<0.01).High activity of expression of Ag-NORs in the aged group was found to be 18 percent,it was significantly lower than that(45 percent)of the control group(P<0.01).Low activity of expression of Ag-NORs in the aged group was found to be 10.3 percent,but none was found in the control group(P<0.05).Conculsions The activity of Ag-NORs of T lympho- cytes of old people and the cellular immunologic functions were significantly low.They might be the important factors to result in the process of aging.更多还原
