【Abstract】 The establishment of scientific practical conception makes a distinction between Marxist philosophy and other traditional philosophy in essence. It is the concentrative reflection of new character of Marxist philosophy, thereby the greatest revolution can be realized in the human being’s historical philosophy. All the questions center on revolutionizing the present world,opposing and changing the present condition for the practical materialist who is the Communist.
