【摘要】 经过半个多世纪的建设,我国各地区的基础设施得到了迅速的发展,为国民经济的增长做出了重要贡献,也极大地提高了居民的生活水平。但是我国目前的基础设施相对于现阶段经济发展的需要而言,仍然还有很大的不足,基础设施建设滞后已经严重地影响和制约了经济的发展,而其中的资金短缺是进行基础设施建设首先遇到的问题。PFI模式是一个新兴的基础设施建设模式,在基础设施建设领域部分地实施PFI模式,可以在一定程度上缓解资金紧张的问题。本文先介绍了PFI模式,在此基础上论述了在我国实施PFI模式的优越性和存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Infrastructure has influence on economic and people’s living standard, so, all countries pay much attention to it. Shortage of capital for Infrastructure is our difficulty these years, and many affairs today, such as developing the China’s western region, solving the problem of countryside, urge us to raise money to develop our infrastructure, So, applying PFI and othur ways to finance our infrastructure. Project will have great significance.
