【摘要】 本文就企业所有权结构对企业创新效率的影响,从理论和实证上进行了分析研究。研究表明:(1)就总体而言,增加经营者的企业所有权或减少政府的企业所有权,将有助于改善企业创新效率;(2)法人或业主的所有权份额的增加,可能是引发“创新泡沫”的诱因之一;(3)市场竞争可以促进企业创新效率的改善,而企业规模扩大则可能因“大企业病”问题损害创新效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 579 enterprises as example, the author analyses theefficiency of firm innovation in China. The research shows that: (1)The increase of proportion of managers ownership shares, or thedecrease of governments shares, will help to improve the efficiency;(2) The increase of proportion of ownership shares held by legalpersons or by large individual owners, may lead to innovation foam;(3) Market competition may improve the efficiency of firm innovation,while the firm scale might damage it.更多还原
