用无机离子交换剂制备90Sr-90Y发生器的研究

【摘要】 研究了无机离子交换剂硅酸锑 (SS)、焦磷钨酸锡 (SWPP) 等的制备以及它们对锶、钇的选择性;研究了硅酸锑 (SS) 的热稳定性和辐照稳定性。结果表明:不同的无机离子交换剂对锶、钇的选择性差别很大,硅酸锑 (SS) 制备工艺简单,对锶有较强的选择性且介质酸度对其选择性影响较大,具有良好的热稳定性和辐照稳定性。在柱式操作中,对锶和钇的分离系数最大可达5.5×104。

【Abstract】 inorganic exchangers are synthesized and their properties related to the possible usage as a separating medium in 90Sr-90Y generator are measured. Among the 10 inorganic exchangers, antimony silicate (SS) shows a highest selectivity to Sr2+ over Y3+. Increase of the aqueous phase acidity to 0.1 mol/L greatly decreases the distribution coefficient of both Sr2+ and Y3+, but remarkably increases the separation factor. In addition, SS possesses high stability towards heat and radiation. Column operation experiments show that an overall separation factor of 5.5×104 for Sr2+/Y3+ may be reached in a favorable condition. Two major measures are suggested for further improvement of the performance of inorganic exchanges so as to meet the stringent requirements for preparation of medical 90Sr-90Y generator.
