氧瓶-离子色谱法测定树脂中的卤素和硫元素
DETERMINATION OF HALOGEN AND SULFUR IN RESINS BY OXYGEN FLASK-ION CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 含有卤素和硫元素的树脂样品经氧瓶法燃烧分解,用含H2O2的去离子水溶液吸收,离子色谱法分离测定。本法简便、快速,特别适于测定树脂中不活泼的卤族元素,且可同时测定。Cl、S的相对标准偏差分别为0.22%和0.36%,最大绝对误差分别为0.43%和0.80%。树脂中Cl、S的含量在0.28mmol/g~14mmol/g内可用此法准确测定,其最低检测限为0.05mmol/g。
【Abstract】 The resin sample is first burnt in oxygen flask and the combustion products are absorbed in H2O2-deionized water, the absorbing solutions are then injected into IC system for analysis. This method is simple and rapid, especially can be applied to the determination of the inert halogen elements in resins. The relative standard deviation of chlorine and sulfur are 0.22% and 0.36% respectively, the maximal absolute deviation are 0.43% and 0.80%. Chlorine and sulfur in the resins can be accurately determined if their contents are in the range of 0.28 mmol/g to 14 mmol/g, the minimum detection limitation is 0.05 mmol/g.
