【Abstract】 There is a common goal for educational societies in the world to develop their own physical education. On the teaching content and teaching methods, the west has their own unique sense. Popular physical education entered into class in 1970. At present, the teaching methods used in Japan and our country have been transformed from teaching-centered to student-centered, so those simple and interesting sports programs should be carried out.
