【Abstract】 By the research of the task, this paper objectively analyzes the actualities of the P.E teaching staff in the middle school in Nanjing; points out the main elements that affect the building up of the P.E teaching staff in the middle school and gives some measures and suggestions, so as to support the training of P.E teachers and improving their qualities theoretically and practically.更多还原
