绿色食品开发的原则及其理论基础
Principles of the green food development and its theoretical basis
【摘要】 绿色食品的开发应该坚持生态化原则、标准化原则、产业化原则、品牌化原则和市场化原则。其经济理论基础一是绿色食品生产对自然环境具有强烈的依赖性;二是绿色食品生产具有外部性;三是绿色食品的需求是一种弹性需求;四是绿色食品的开发与利用具有较强的产业关联度。另一方面,绿色食品的生产具有社会文化价值,它实质上是一种新的农业生产模式———可持续农业生产模式,因此,绿色食品的产业化不仅是一种经济行为,也是经济效益、生态效益和社会效益相结合的一种产业。
【Abstract】 We should adhere to the ecological,standard,industrial,brand and market principles in the green food development.That theorectical bases are as follows:1)the dependence of the production of green food on natural environment;2)exterior of the production of green food;3)elasticity of demand of the production of green food;4)industrial cognate of development and use of green food.In addition,the production of green food has social value of culture.It is a new pattern of agricultural production-a sustainable pattern of agricultural production.Industrialization of green food is not only an economic behaviour,but also a combined industry of economic,ecological and social benefit.
