【摘要】 当前 ,东北经济区的总体就业形势仍不容乐观 ,在结构调整期 ,失业人数继续增加。 2 0 0 2年东北经济区劳动就业存在着许多问题 :劳动力总量供大于求 ;高素质人才严重短缺 ;社会保险覆盖面狭窄 ;职业培训功能亟待加强。加入WTO对东北经济区就业形势 ,既是挑战又是机遇。各级政府应积极采取措施 ,创造条件 ,努力解决就业问题更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,in the period of economic restructuring,the number of unemployed persons continues increasing in Northeast Economic Zone.In 2002,there were many problems in employment of Northeast Economic Zone,such as supplying more than demanding in total labour power,seriously lacking in high-quality personnel,low coverage of social security,and function of vocational training to be speedily strengthened.After China’s entry into the WTO,there are both challenges and opportunities ahead in employment of Northeast Economic Zone.Governments at all levels should take action,create conditions,and actively solve problem of employment.更多还原
