【摘要】 黑龙江与日本的经济技术合作发展平稳 ,由于商品结构不合理、贸易不平衡、利用日资数量少等因素影响 ,近期双方的合作不会有大的突破 ;有合作发展前途的领域有 :技术、加工、金融等领域 ;今后 ,要充分利用中介机构、行业团体及我省高科技开发区的优惠政策调整双方合作格局 ;要在规范劳动保险制度、培养高级管理人才、共同确立合作项目上有新的突破更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a stable development in the economic and technological cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Japan, but there will be not any amazing development in the nearest future. The spheres of cooperation to have great developing future are technology, processing and finance. From now on we will adjust structure of cooperation by giving full play to the role of intermediary organizations, trade groups and preferential treatment in Heilongjiang provincial development zone of high technology. We need to make new breakthrough in standardizing labor insurance system, fostering senior managerial staff, and determining cooperative items.更多还原
