【Abstract】 With continuing to run the country by virtue as well as by Law,we should correcthy understand and handle the dialectical relation between law and morality,that is,they supplement each other and neither should be over emphasized at the expense of the other.Morality is the value base of legistation and indispensable moral condition of enforcing Law and abiding by law.In the process of building a sociahst country under the rule of law,we must improve moral education,especially improve moral education from self-respect to respect to others.更多还原
