阶段均匀化处理对7A04合金均匀化程度和过烧温度的影响
Effect of Interstage Homogenizing Treatment on Homogenization Degree and Overburnt Temperature of 7AO4 Alloy
【摘要】 针对阶段性均匀化处理的半连续铸造 7A0 4合金进行了研究 (即在 4 6 5℃时保温 2 2 h,然后升温至 4 75℃保温 2 h)。并与常规均匀化处理的 7A0 4合金 (即在 4 6 5℃时保温 2 4 h)进行了试验对比。结果表明 ,阶段性均匀处理后的 7A0 4合金的均匀化程度更加彻底 ,过烧温度提高了 ,屈服强度不变 ,抗拉强度和延伸率略有提高
【Abstract】 The interstage homogenizing treatment that holding 7A04 aluminum alloy in 465℃ for 22h,then increasing to 475℃ for 2h during the semi continuous casting was studied in this paper The contrast experiment with the conventional homogenizing treatment of holding alloy in 465℃ for 24h was carried out It is shown that the homogenization degree becomes more properly after the interstage homogenizing treatment After the overburnt temperature increases,the yield strength has no change and the tensile strength and elongation are improved slightly
