【Abstract】 In jurisdiction practice, the metal patient’s anti-society behavior owning to mental obstacle leading to violating the law presents the rising situation, especially the cases of violence. Four difficulties are very apparent in so loving this kind of crime: difficulty in investigation and taking of evidence, in interrogation and settling the lawsuit, in examining and identification, in digestion and management. The article makes the rational considerations on preventing mental patients’ committing crimes through survey and analysis of mental patients involved in cases in 2001 in Gaujingzi district in Dalian city.更多还原
