【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression difference of colorectal metastasis-relating oncogene. Methods The gene expression difference of the nude mice model of metastasis between the metastasic and the non-metastasic was found by applying the cDNA micro-array containing227gene target. Results The expression difference of the oncogene p47LBC,DKFZP434A2322and synthetase-like protein mRNA was found in the metastasis tissue. Conclusion p47LBC,DKFZP434A2322and synthetase-like protein mRNA might be the metastasis-relating oncogene.更多还原
