【摘要】 目的 探讨几种粒细胞和巨噬细胞的特殊形态以及临床意义。方法 镜检分析血象和骨髓象中粒细胞和巨噬细胞特殊形态。 结果 在12年骨髓检查中发现五种比较特殊的细胞形态 ,分别为巨幼细胞性贫血中出现粒系细胞巨变和过度生成为特征 ,粟粒性结核中出现巨大的双核、多核伴空泡生成为特点的粒系细胞 ,肺吸虫病中的中性粒细胞出现密集的非特异性颗粒 ,巨细胞病毒感染中巨噬细胞吞噬大量中性粒分叶核粒细胞以及MDS患者中中性粒细胞核染质呈菊花样异常。结论 重视粒细胞和巨噬细胞特殊形态可为临床提供重要的诊断依据 ,又可丰富形态学内容更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore special morphology of a few granulocytic lineage abnormal. Method To use microscope observe peripheral blood and bone marrow smear of special morphology of granulocytic lineage. Results Five special morphology were observed giant and overgranulocytopoiesis in megaloblastic anemia, giant bi-playnucleargranulocytes in military tuberculosis, crowded nonspecialic azurophilic granular in granulocytes in paragonimiasis, dysmyelocytopoiesis and dyschromatin in granulocytes in myelodysplastic syndrome. Conclusions Attach importance to special morphology of granulocytic lineage can be provide important basis in clinical diagnosis and can be rich morphology of granulocytic lineage.更多还原
