【摘要】 目的 观察复方利多卡因乳膏(EMLA)在血液净化血管穿刺中的镇痛作用。方法 对38位病人随机 ,单盲比较了利多卡因乳膏与对照剂的直观横拟量表(VAS)值。结果 在涂敷时间基本相同下 ,复方利多卡因镇痛作用>对照剂 ,前者VAS值16.4±9.6mm ,后者68.8±25.4mm,p<0.001。结论 复方利多卡因乳膏可明显降低血液净化血管穿刺时的疼痛。其镇痛作用在四肢血管穿刺中强于躯干部血管穿刺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To determine the effectiveness of a eutectic lamixture of local anesthetics(EMLA)compared to placebo as an analgesic in blood purification.Methods A randomized single blind placebo controlled study in 38 patients. Visual analogue scale (VAS)was assessed during the insert .Results The mean visual analogue scores for discomfort were found to be significantly lower(p<0.001)with EMLA (VAS:16.4±9.6mm) compared with the control (VAS:68.8±25.4mm).Conclusion EMLA produce effective skin analgesia for venous insertion in blood purification. Intravenous insertion was less painful on the limb than trunk.更多还原
