【摘要】 目的 应用单切面实时B超观察消痞舒胃口服液治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 对临床确诊的功能性消化不良患者设治疗组(消痞舒胃口服液)71例 ;对照组(吗丁啉片 )51例 ,进行治疗前后的流体餐动力学多项指标检测 ,全部数据输入计算机 ,计算每一例胃排空率与时间的直线回归方程和相关系数 ,并进行治疗前后对照。结果 (1)显示治疗组胃半排空时间、全排空时间明显缩短 ,胃窦运动指数提高。与对照组比较 ,均有非常显著性差异 ,p<0.01。(2)该项测试结果与消痞舒胃口服液治疗功能性消化不良的动物实验结果相吻合。 结论 单切面实时B超操作简单 ,实用性大更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic effect of Xiao Pi Shu Wei oral-take fluid on functional dyspepsia With single-section Real-time B type ultrasonography(BUS). Methods 71cases of functional dyspepsia treated by Xiao Pi Shu Wei oral-take fluid formed treatment group,and51cases of this disease treated by Domperidone formed control group.Signs of Gastro-dynamics after liquid meal were measured before and after treatment and all data were imput into computer.We established linear regression equation and got its related coefficient by testing gastric emptying rate and emptying time of each case. Results (1)The half-emptying time and all-emptying time both shortened in treatment group and the gastric antrum mobility index imˉproved,which had significant difference as compared to those of control group(P<0.01).(2)This result was the same as that of the animal experiment of Xiao Pi Shu Wei oral-take fluid treating functional dyspepsia. Conclusions This method was easy to operate and practicable.更多还原
