【Abstract】 In the process of establishing the modern enterprise system,the relevant mechanisms have to be established. While business management are validly couraged, valid restraint mechanism is the base that menagement can be brought into full play. The restraint mechanism of managing the state-owned enterprise can be achieved by means of establishing the reasonable and valid management structure and sound regulation systems.
