HK-40钢制氢转化炉炉管失效分析
FAILURE ANALYSIS OF THE HK-40 TUBE AT HYDROGEN REFORMER
【摘要】 采用宏微观观察和X射线分析方法对服役近 4年并已爆裂的HK 4 0钢制氢转化炉炉管进行了失效分析。结果表明 ,炉管的开裂是从内壁诱发 ,裂纹特征为多裂纹脆性断裂 ,高温蠕变是炉管失效的主要原因 ,提出了炉管在使用过程中应注意的问题
【Abstract】 By means of macroinspection, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, optical microscopy, the burst reason of HK-40 tube at a hydrogen reformer during four-year high temperature service was analyzed. The results show that the failure was caused by creeping in high temperature and cracks expanded from the tubes inward. Besides, some proposals was given to prevent from failure of tubes.
