【摘要】 以西气东输石油管线建设为背景 ,结合制管工艺 ,研究了国产X70管线钢板的包申格效应。在轴向加载条件下 ,随预变形量增加 ,包申格效应使规定总延伸强度降低幅值Δσt0 .5增大 ,但再继续增加预变形量 ,包申格效应减小 ;弯曲加载条件下的包申格效应比轴向加载小 ,在预变形为 2 %的范围内 ,最大弯曲规定总延伸强度降低幅值Δσt0 .5≯ 4 0MPa。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the need of construction of oil pipeline "West Gas to East". The Bauschinger Effect of X70 steel plate, as well as the influence of manufacturing fators. Were investigated. In the condition of axial loading. The Bauschinger Effect △ σ t0.5 was at first inhanced by the prestrain increase, then it was decreased by further prestrain increase; The amplitude of Bauschinger Effect in bending loading was smaller then that in axial loading. The maximum yield strength reduction △ σ t0.5 was less than 40MPa when prestrain is no more than 2%.更多还原
