【Abstract】 The problems of phase identifying for powder diffraction of multiphase material have been discussed, and the software XRDS for phase identifying have been introduced. This is a intellect program for phase identifying, it considers the uncertainty of testing data, the diffraction characteristics of powder samples and block samples respectively. It also pay attention to the possible of a small amount phase existed in samples, and the possible of structure order existed block samples.
