还原熔融法同时测定铜铬合金中的氧氮含量

【摘要】 样品经过表面预处理,选择合适的样品质量及仪器测试条件,应用TC 30还原熔融法同时测定铜铬合金中的氧氮。氧氮的回收率为97.2%~101.1%,相对标准偏差小于3.5%。

【Abstract】 It was identified that the removal of the oxide film on the surface of CuCr alloy is absolutely necessary, especially for the determination of oxygen, and machining method was proposed for this pretreatment. The sample, after the removal of the oxide film, must be used for analysis immediately, or be kept in absolute alcohol, carbon tetrachloride or acetone to prevent from reoxidation. In the TC30 analyzer, the sample is fused with a appropriate flux in a graphite crucible. Carbon monoxide and nitrogen in the gas mixture liberated in the fusion process were passed through hot CuO (containing rare earth) and drying agent, CO was transformed into CO2 and further separated from nitrogen by chromatography. The oxygen (as CO2) was determined finally by IRspectrometry and the nitrogen determined by conductometry. Recoveries obtained for both oxygen and nitrogen were in the range 972%~101.1%. RSD′s were less than 3.5%.
