【Abstract】 The volatile organic compounds in underground water of wells nearby certain chemical factory were detected and determined by the hyphenation technique of GC and MS. The experimental conditions for the preservation of water sample and for the sampling by purging and trapping were optimized. It was reported that samples containing volatile organic compoumds were taken by the Tekmar 3000 automatic purging and trapping instrument. The samples taken were kept at 4℃ and analyzed within 10 days.更多还原
