利用新型汞离子选择电极测定污水中汞(Ⅱ)
DETERMINATION OF MERCURY(Ⅱ) IN SEWAGE WITH A NEW PVC-MEMBRANE Hg(Ⅱ)-ISE
【摘要】 报道了一种以苯海拉明与碘汞酸盐缔合物为电活性物的新型聚氯乙烯膜汞离子选择电极 ,电极的线性响应范围为 1.0× 10 - 2 1.6× 10 - 5mol·L- 1,级差为 2 9mV·pC- 1,检出限为 1.0×10 - 5mol·L- 1。该电极响应迅速 ,重现性好 ,用此电极以标准曲线法对污水中的Hg(Ⅱ )进行了测定 ,方法简便 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 A new PVC membrane Hg(Ⅱ) ISE with the complex of iodomercurate with diphenylhydramine as electroactive material was prepared. The Nernst response of the electrode to Hg(Ⅱ) in the range of 1.0×10 -2 ~1 6×10 -5 mol·L -1 with a slope of 29mV·p C -1 was found. The detection limit was found to be 1.0×10 -6 mol·L -1 . This newly prepared electrode has the special features of rapid response and good reproducibility. It has been applied to the determination of Hg(Ⅱ) in sewage with satisfactory results.
